Key achievements include: Co-authored the nation's first Web application allowing
citizens of local municipalities to request services on-line; created a desktop
application for West Virginia's Bureau of Medicaid Services to be in compliance
with a court order; and brought a nonprofit organization into the technology arena
with a variety of Web applications to help serve West Virginia's public education
system.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES:
- Designed online Web application module for the Mini-Grants for Classroom Projects allowing teachers to submit their applications online;
- Designed online Web application module for principals and county board offices to request partnership certificates for their schools and school districts;
- Designed website for West Virginia's State Scholars program;
- Designed online Web module for SEEDS program to track activities and impact statements; and

- Converted DOS based financial and political software programs to the Windows 3.1 platform providing an increase in sales while meeting the demands of political campaigns and political action committees.
- Programmed complex network printing routines for Public Works departments that increased their efficiency of providing services to their residents.
